In accordance with the Marshall Ridge HOA Bylaws Article 2.8, this letter serves as your official notice of the Association’s 2022 Annual/Election Meeting scheduled for September 13th, 2023, at 6:00pm.

YOUR ATTENDANCE AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT ARE NEEDED!

The primary purpose of the annual meeting will be to elect four (4) members to the Association’s Board of Directors, share information of general interest to the community, and owner open forum. Please check your email.

To conduct a homeowners’ meeting, the quorum for your association is 25% or 174 homes, (Bylaws – Article 2, Section 2.11). To hold the election meeting, the quorum requirement is 10% or 70 votes. We hope to see a great turn-out and we appreciate it if you submitting the absentee proxy if unable to attend.
